We would love an informal and relaxed type of video (max. of 60 seconds), just be yourself. You can either take your own video with your phone, or have someone take your video for you. Show us how you live / deal with your diabetes situation everyday… telling us who you are, what you do. If you want, you can end off with the phrase: “My name is …, and I am Insulin Nation”.
