Susanne Lancaster BSc

Susanne Lancaster is a nutritional therapist with over 20 years’ experience and holds a BSc Honours degree in Nutrition. She has worked within hospitals in the UK and in private practice. Being a type 1 diabetic for over 30 years herself has made her an avid researcher in the field. She now lives permanently in the South of France and runs a Clinic in a medical center there.
