Elizabeth Moreau

Elizabeth Moreau is the mother of a 12-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2013. She is also a health communications professional, and one of the co-founders of Support Ontario Students with Type 1 Diabetes (SOS-T1D), a parent-led initiative working to improve the care of kids with diabetes in schools. She lives in Ottawa, Canada.
