Rodney Miller

Rodney Miller was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 1987. He is currently an administrator for the "Type 1 Diabetic Athletes" Facebook group, competes in power-lifting and strongman competitions, provides coaching and nutrition programs, and has recently started using strongman demonstrations as a way to portray Type 1 diabetics in a positive light. Rodney and his wife Suzanne have a daughter, Kiera, and two Great Danes named Fergus and Eisen.
