The Best Children’s Hospital Diabetes Programs

U.S. News and World Report released its 2014-2015 rankings for the best children’s hospitals in the U.S., including the Top 10 hospitals for children with diabetes. Boston Children’s Hospital ranked #1, scoring a perfect 100 out of 100 with evaluators. The ranking evaluated 110 U.S. children’s hospitals. To evaluate the quality of each hospital’s children’s endocrinology program, evaluators examined its reputation with specialists, the quality of its diabetes management, its nurse-to-patient ratio, its volume of diabetes-centered patients, and its efforts to prevent infection.
